Open the App Store/Google Play Store on your mobile device and search for ‘Playtomic’ app.

Once the app is installed, open it and select the blue ‘register’ button.
STEP 3
Fill in all the required details in the registration form, including your name, email address, and password.

Upload your photo if you wish and you are ready to play.

Once you have registered and verified your account, open the Playtomic app and tap on “Book a court” from the homepage.

Search for “Padel Vault”

Select ”Book” and choose a date and time that works for you.
STEP 4
Scroll down & select the court you want to book and the preferred duration for your reservation.
STEP 5
Choose your payment method by tapping on “Pay your part” or “Pay everything”. Complete your booking by selecting continue to payment.

Open the Playtomic app and tap on “Play a match” on the homepage.

Tap on “My matches” in the top right corner of the page and then locate the match you want to cancel from the list. Tap on the match to open its details.

On the matches page, tap on the three dots icon at the top right corner of the screen.
STEP 4
Select “See booking or cancel” option at the bottom of the pop-up.
STEP 5
Finally, tap on “Cancel booking” at the bottom of the page to confirm your cancellation.

Open the Playtomic app and tap the 3 dashed lines in the top right corner.

In your profile page, tap “Your Payments”, then Payment Methods, then Add Payment Card and enter your card details and tap Add Card. (Adding a payment card prevents an error message during membership checkout)

Return to homepage, tap Book a Court, and search for “Padel Vault”
STEP 4
On the Padel Vault page, tap on “Memberships” to view the available membership options.
STEP 5
Choose the membership plan that suits you and tap on “Subscribe.”
STEP 6
Enter your payment information and complete your membership registration.
