From structured coaching and match play to social sessions like Americano and Padel & Pints, there’s something here for every level — without the awkwardness or over-complication you sometimes get at traditional clubs.

Beginner Padel Classes (Intro to Padel)

New to padel? This is the perfect place to start.

Our beginner padel classes in Milton Keynes are designed to get you playing confidently from your very first session. You’ll learn the fundamentals of the game — including how scoring works, basic positioning, serving, and key shots — in a relaxed, supportive environment.

No pressure. No experience needed. Just a solid introduction that actually gets you rallying.

Ideal for:

  • Complete beginners
  • Players transitioning from tennis or squash
  • Anyone wanting to learn the basics properly

Ladies’ Padel & Coffee Sessions

A relaxed, social padel session exclusively for women.

Our Ladies’ Coffee Morning is all about playing, chatting, and building confidence on court. It’s designed to be welcoming and low-pressure, whether you’re new or already playing regularly.

After the session, stick around for a coffee on us and get to know other players in the community.

Ideal for:

  • Social play
  • Meeting other players
  • Getting back into sport in a relaxed setting

Padel Coaching Sessions (Play with a Coach)

Coaching — but not as you know it.

Instead of standing in lines or hitting repetitive drills, these sessions are built around real match play. You’ll play live points with a coach on court, receiving tactical and technical feedback as situations happen.

That means you’re improving your decision-making, positioning, and shot selection in real time — where it actually matters.

Ideal for:

  • Improving match performance
  • Learning tactics and positioning
  • Players who prefer game-based coaching over drills

Padel Drills & Match Play

Structured training that actually translates into better matches.

These sessions combine targeted drills — focused on footwork, consistency, and control — with match scenarios that help you apply those skills straight away.

Everything you practice is designed to show up in your real games, so you leave feeling sharper, not just tired.

Ideal for:

  • Building consistency
  • Improving movement and control
  • Players looking to level up their game

Americano Padel Events

One of the most popular padel formats — and for good reason.

Americano is a competitive, social round-robin format where you rotate partners and opponents across multiple short matches. Over the course of around two hours, you’ll play with and against a wide range of players, accumulating points in every game.

Your final ranking is based purely on the total points you win — not who you play with.

It’s competitive, fast-paced, and surprisingly addictive.

Perfect for:

  • Competitive players
  • Meeting lots of different opponents
  • Anyone who enjoys a bit of friendly competition

Padel & Pints 🍺

Padel, then a pint. Simple.

This is one of our most social padel events — 90 minutes of play with rotating partners and opponents, followed by a complimentary beer and time to relax with other players.

It’s a great way to meet people, unwind after work, and enjoy the social side of the club as much as the sport itself.

Ideal for:

  • Social players
  • After-work sessions
  • Meeting new people on and off the court

How to join in

Booking is required for all sessions and spaces are limited, so through the Padel Mates app.

Do I need experience to join padel classes?

Not at all. Our beginner sessions are designed for complete newcomers, and many social sessions are open to mixed ability levels.

An Americano is a round-robin format where you rotate partners and opponents, playing multiple short matches and collecting points throughout. Your final position is based on total points scored.

Just yourself and suitable sportswear. If you don’t have a padel racket, you can hire one at the club.

Yes — most sessions are designed so you can book individually and be matched with other players.
